Depending on your order time, most orders ship the next business day; orders placed on weekends or around major holidays usually ship the following business day.

 

RETURNS

Unfortunately, due to health and safety concerns, perishable food goods like coffee beans cannot be returned.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can correct this for you.

We are not liable for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error. To prevent such occurrences, please review your shipping information prior to completing your purchase and/or verify the accuracy of your address details in your order confirmation email. Customers have the option to modify shipping addresses at any time within the customer account. Any address corrections made after a purchase is finalized must be completed before the next business day.
